   Michele Blazier is the vice president of Technical Sales Operations for Avnet Technology Solutions, Access Division. In this role, she leads all inside sales efforts and is focused on increasing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
   
   Since joining the company in 1998, Ms. Blazier has held positions in Operations, the Sun Business Group, Finance, Quality and IT. She has successfully generated solutions and process improvements that continually deliver high levels of customer and employee satisfaction. Her most recent position as the director of Operations, coupled with her broad expertise across various departments of the company, provide a unique foundation for driving greater success through the sales organization.
   
   Ms. Blazier started with GE in 1992 as a member of the Financial Management Program in Stamford, Connecticut. After completing the program, she joined the GE Audit Staff, where she gained experience in a number of businesses and industries in the U.S. and Europe. She then went on to hold positions in Sales, Marketing, and Finance at GE Financial Assurance and GE Auto Financial Services.
   
   Ms. Blazier graduated with a B.S. in General Management / Finance from Purdue University.
