RLS, LLC announced today that it has hired Mark Blazer as vice president of operations for RLS Management. Blazer is an accomplished leader in the continuing care retirement community industry with over 18 years of operations experience.
Prior to accepting the position of vice president of operations for RLS Management, Blazer served as vice president of operations for multi-facility owners and managers of both for-profit and nonprofit retirement communities. Blazer's background includes extensive experience in health care administration and CCRC development, operations and management. He has successfully opened numerous CCRCs, turned around finances at struggling communities and improved staff and resident satisfaction in communities across the Midwest, Northwest and California.
