   Jim Blazer, joins the Executive Council for a second term in a new role as the Fraternity's vice president. Jim is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he majored in cinematography, film production in the school of arts and sciences. He is president and founder of BIazer &Associates, Inc., an insurance consulting firm, specializing in insurance programs to associations.
   
   As an alumnus, Jim has served Ohio Delta as chapter advisor for ten years and most recently as president of the Ohio Delta Company for five years. He has established The Honors Lodge at Phi Kappa Psi, which is a freestanding facility to provide housing for brothers with honors at Ohio Delta. The 24- bedroom lodge incorporates a state of the art computer lab, facility-wide networking, a classroom and an alumni guest suite.
   
   His volunteer efforts started nationally as an Area Director for Ohio and then as the Director of Strategic Planning for past SWGP's Richard Ong and David Woodrum. Jim is a member of the Ancient Order of the S.C., having attended nine Grand Arch Councils. He has also served as a member on the standing Committee on Ritual.
   
   Before being elected to the Executive Council, he served the council as the Director of House Corporations for four years. By establishing house corporation retreats in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Jim enabled the Fraternity to once again work with our chapters' housing and to bring it up to competitive standards.
   
   Jim also serves on the elected Board of Trustees of The East Central Ohio Food Dealers Association. "ECO " is the largest trade association for Grocers in the Midwest serving over 800 retail members in three States.
   
   Jim is married to the former Barbara Munson, and has three boys, Sam, Jack and Joe.
