Announces Approval of Whole Foods Transaction, Election of Directors and Closing of Harry's In A Hurry Store on Peachtree Road

ROSWELL, Ga. -- Harry's Farmers Market, Inc. (OTC BB: HARY) today announced that its shareholders approved the sale of its three mega-stores and related support facilities to Whole Foods Market, Inc., as previously announced.

Management expects the sale to be completed on or about October 31, 2001.
