   Sempai Blaylock is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Seibukan Jujutsu. She has studied with Sensei Sheila Haddad since 1996 and Sensei Ken Blaylock since 1993. She is also a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Enshin Itto Ryo Battojutsu. She has studied and trained in this art directly under Soke Kenshinsai Machida in Japan.

   Before joining the National Guard, Sempai Blaylock served with the Active Army from 1982 -1985; She has been a member of the Alaska Alaska Army National Guard since 1985.
