   Mike W Blaylock Director , Technology Mike joined MedeFinance in early 2001 as Director of IT. Mike is responsible for planning and deploying world-class Information Technology ( IT ) systems for MedeFinance's customers , partners , and employees. Prior to joining MedeFinance , Mr. Blaylock served as the Web Integration Manager at Juniper Networks where he was instrumental in building their IT infrastructure for the web.
   
   Mike has over a decade of experience architecting , managing and integrating IT services and solutions for some of the nation's largest and most innovative technology organizations , including Microsoft Corp. where he helped set up and deploy the first MSN network. Mike also has extensive experience building and integrating highly scalable enterprise software applications.
