   Nicola joined the practice in 2001. After obtaining a degree in Genetics from Nottingham University and an MSc in Applied Ecology and Conservation from the University of East Anglia, Nicola worked at a major bird park as Zoo Education and Research Officer.
   
   Nicola is a member of the British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquaria's Education, Communication and Training committee. She currently researches non-veterinary matters for the team, collaborates with clients on education projects and assists small zoos in meeting the legal requirements for Zoo Licensing.
   
   Nicola and Penny run the Zoo and Aquarium Consultancy and can be contacted via the IZVG head office.
