   Andrew has over 10 years experience in life sciences instrumentation, much of which has been spent on cellular imaging and electrophysiology applications. He has held positions as VP Screening Technologies, Director of Marketing, and Product Manager at Axon Instruments. At Axon, Andrew was responsible for building the Company's high content screening and automated electro- physiology business lines. He negotiated numerous collaborations with major pharmaceutical companies and led all domestic and international business development activity for the Screening Technologies division. Andrew has published over 16 peer-reviewed articles and is a trained electrophysiologist.
   
   Andrew received his Ph.D. in Physiology and Biophysics from the University of Washington and BA in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology from San Jose State University.
