   Scott A. Blatt, a resident of Exeter township, was named Director of Advertising. Blatt will be responsible for all advertising of Supermarkets and Quick Shoppes in the chain. Included in this will be the responsibility of coordination of special interest programs such as the USMC Toys-For-Tots program and the Multiple Sclerosis Walk 2000.
   
   Blatt is a graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School and holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University-Berks Campus. He is a Deacon at First Church of the Brethren in Wyomissing and Vice President of the Exeter Lion's Club.
