Mr. Blatt is a 20-year veteran in the film business.After graduating from the London School of Economics Law School in 1976, he worked for 20th Century Fox in Los Angeles and held several management positions with Fox Domestic Distribution before joining Cineplex Odeon 1981.During his 14-year tenure at Cineplex, he established a foothold in U.S. exhibition, was recognized (in 1985) as IFP Exhibitor of the Year for his support of independent film, and turned the company into one of the most powerful theater chains in North America.
