   Yvonne Blaszczyk has an extensive background in Human Resources Management. As President of the Canadian Pay & Benefits Consulting Group Inc, she is responsible for leading development and implementation of effective HR strategies, new HR programs and innovative initiatives in all areas of human resources policies and compensation at all levels. She has held senior human resources positions in organizations such as: CIBC - Information Technology, Toronto Hospital, Royal LePage, The Permanent Trust, RCMP Pay Council and Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal - Adjudicator. In 2003, the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario awarded Yvonne the Fellow level of CHRP designation, the highest Human Resources award for an exceptional and profound impact on the human resources profession, and achievement of the highest level of human resources excellence. Yvonne is currently President, Toronto Human Resources Professional Association, and former President of HRPAO and Canadian Council of Human Resources associations. Also, she is a Publisher of Strategic Human Resources publication. In addition, Yvonne serves as the Vice Chair on the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors of OSSA.

   Yvonne Blaszczyk, president of Canadian Pay and Benefits Consulting Groups Inc. in Ontario, sees an opportunity for HR professionals to be proactive when designing a program. Blaszczyk, who has spent more than 19 years in the HR profession in Canada, says that HR professionals should become champions of a security program at their company.
   
   First, HR "must have a good policy when expats are traveling abroad," Blaszczyk says.
