A. Louise Blanchard was born in Jackson Hole, Wyoming on February 4, 1975.She graduated from Louisiana State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in environmental management systems and a minor in chemistry.In 2001, she received her juris doctorate degree from Louisiana State University where she was a member of the Environmental Law Society and competed on the Environmental Moot Court Team, winning the award for Best Appellant Brief at the Thirteenth Annual Pace University National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.While in law school, she also clerked at the LSU Sea Grant Legal Program.Her practice areas are primarily environmental, toxic tort and personal injury defense litigation.Louise is admitted in Louisiana and Texas and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
