   HONOLULU, HI - Hawaii Staffing Association (HSA), a member company of the American Staffing Association, has appointed Judy Bishop as its incoming president for 2005. Bishop, general manager of Honolulu-based CTA Staffing, a division of CTA Solutions, has been a member of the American Staffing Association for nearly three decades. She will bring to the organization over 30 years of management and business development experience. In this volunteer leadership position with HSA, she will be responsible for setting the direction of the organization and providing general oversight.
