BIRD STUDIOS. (2003-present).My own company specializing in computer animation and digital effects for the moving-image industry. My positions being managing director and creative director. Started company with feature film and pop-video work. IRON MAIDEN, BOUNTY, BBC, ICRC, ROBERT POST, NUROFEN, KIT-KAT and CAMELOT.

EYE Animation Studios. I founded this company in 1996 and held the positions of managing director and creative director. Produced award winning commercials for MILKY WAY MAGIC STARS, RIBENA BERRIES, FORD KA, CITROEN SAXO, FORD PROBE, WALT DISNEY, SAVE THE CHILDREN and NIKE. Titles and programme content for Anne ‘Teletubbies’ Wood’s the BOOHBAH’S (Children’s TV) and THE SOUTHBANK SHOW for Melvyn Bragg. Also Pop-videos for PLACEBO, COUNTING CROWS, JERRY HALLIWELL, SUPERTRAMP and PET SHOP BOYS. Made section of IMAX (70mm, stereoscopic) film CYBERWORLD which is still showing at the IMAX cinema on the South Bank London. Identities for BBC1, BBC2, BBC Sport, BBC Scotland and SKI SUNDAY. Also for ITV2 and UK GOLD.
 
SOHO 601FX. I created and ran this company for the SOHO601 group my position being creative director and animator. Commercials for SCHIZAN, FORD PROBE, REEBOK and MARTELL. Pop-videos for PET SHOP BOYS, MEATLOAF, SOUNDGARDEN, STING, GEORGE MICHAEL, BRUCE DICKENSON and SUEDE. Titles for SOUTH BANK SHOW and LITTLE NAPOLEONS. Feature film effects for Roger ‘Pulp-fiction’ Avery’s MR. STITCH.

ELECTRIC IMAGE Ltd.  I Co-founded this company. My role being Creative Director and animator/designer. Made THE CHART SHOW for ITV. Titles for GOING FOR GOLD, DES O’CONNOR TONIGHT, TREASURE HUNT, THE WOGAN SHOW, TOP OF THE POPS, CAPITAL CITY, Denis Potter’s LIPSTICK ON YOUR COLLAR, Fay Weldon’s LIFE AND LOVES OF A SHE DEVIL, and THE THATCHER YEARS. Seasonal promotional campaigns for BBC1, YORKSHIRE TELEVISION, CENTRAL TV, LWT and ITV companies.
