Paul Bialek is assistant professor of Mathematics and chair of the Mathematics Department at Trinity International University's Trinity College.
Prior to coming to Trinity, Bialek taught as a visiting assistant professor of mathematics at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California.

Bialek received the Doctor of Philosophy, the Master of Arts, and the Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Bialek's areas of expertise include knowledge of the works of the Indian mathematician, Ramanujan, and the integration of the Christian faith with mathematics.He is a member of the American Mathematical Society and the Mathematics Association of America.Bialek co-authored "Five formulas of Ramanujan arising from Eisenstein series" (Canadian Mathematical Society Conference Proceedings, 1995).
Bialek and his wife, Nancy, live in Vernon Hills.In his spare time enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and learning foreign languages, such as Spanish, Chinese, and New Testament Greek.
