Biography 
  • Amar Bheenick read law in the United Kingdom obtaining an LL.B (Honours) as well as an LL.M in International and Commercial Law. He has been involved in the international financial services sector since 2001 specialising in offshore company, fund and trust structuring, formation and administration. 

Amar is a Director of OCRA (Mauritius) Limited and OCRA Trustees (Seychelles) Limited. He serves on the boards of directors of various global business companies and collective investment schemes (including hedge funds). 

Amar is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and was formerly a Director and Student Liaison Officer of STEP Mauritius.
