BRAINTREE - Robert Betti, 59, of Braintree, formerly of Franklin and Westborough, died unexpectedly Monday, Dec. 4, 2006.He was the former husband of Karen G. Betti of Hudson and Claire E. Betti of Wareham. Born in Framingham, he was a 1964 graduate of Holliston High School.He served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve during the Vietnam War, from 1965 to 1971 and again, from 1965 to 1966, and was on active duty.He had an entrepreneurial spirit who explored many avenues and opportunities.Besides his former wives, he leaves his children, Marc R. Betti of Plymouth, Lisa J. Fedy of Lakeville and Eric J. Betti of Hudson; three brothers, Michael Betti of Falmouth, Gary Betti of Upton and Richard Betti of Florida; and two grandchildren, Calisto and Lucca Betti, both of Plymouth.He was also the brother of the late John Betti.
