   Michele M. Betti is an associate attorney with Bassi, Martini, Edlin & Blum. She joins the firm with proven abilities in trial advocacy in both federal and state court. As a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, Michele served in the Judge Advocate General's Office where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases. She was also Ethics Advisor to the Base Wing Commander. Michele has effectively represented clients in a wide range of civil matters including defense of professional liability claims including insurance bad faith and coverage issues, medical malpractice, products liability, toxic torts, maritime law, securities broker/dealers, and complex business litigation. Michele received a B.A in 1993 from California State University, Chico in International Relations and a J.D. in 1999 from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She earned several awards while at Thomas Jefferson including a Trustee Scholarship for Academic Achievement, Honor Roll, National Dean's List and was a member of the National Mock Trial Team.
   
   Michele is admitted to the State Bar of California, the U.S. Southern, Central, and Northern District Courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, and the California Supreme Court.
