   Patricio Betteo was born in Mexico City and studied Graphic Design at the National School of Plastic Arts of the Unam (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México).
   ...
   He focused on a career in comics and illustration. In 2001, he was artist and co-writer of 'El Cabecero', a comic published in Milenio Diario. He has contributed to a variety of magazines, including Quo, Rolling Stone, Nexos, Expansión, Switch, Cine Premiere and Mad. For Sensacional de Chilangos, he made series like 'Los Siete Delitos Capitales'. He is an illustrator for children's publications and a member of La Perrera, a collective that publishes the magazine Zig Zag.
