   Betsy brings more than 25 years of IT experience to her role as founder, chief technology officer and board member for ClearPoint Metrics. An internationally recognized expert in enterprise systems management, Betsy identifies and establishes the technology direction for ClearPoint Metrics' products, scorecards and metric solutions.
   
   Formerly, Betsy was a Senior Vice President in research and development for Computer Associates (CA) and Chief Technology Officer/Vice President of Engineering for the AgentWorks division of Legent Corporation. In 1981, Betsy co-founded Digital Analysis Corporation (DAC), where she served as Chief Technology Officer/Vice President of Engineering until 1994, when Legent acquired DAC. When CA acquired Legent in 1995, Betsy became one of two principal architects for CA's flagship product, Unicenter TNG. Previously, Betsy held senior positions with Centec Corporation, Computer Sciences Corporation, US Army R&D and MIT Draper Labs.
   
   Betsy has co-authored five technical books on microcomputer programming, interfacing, networking and UNIX, as well as several papers on network and systems management for industry publications. She earned a Ph.D. in Mathematics at Duke University and an A.B. in Mathematics at Vassar College.
