Radu manages the information and technology resources of The PBN Company, working closely with IT managers in all our offices worldwide.He develops and implements procedures and policies designed to improve corporate efficiency and effectiveness through improved communications, technology and training required to maximize and provide value-added client services.Radu has an extensive background in computer hardware, applications and networks.He also has substantial experience in desktop publishing.In addition, Radu services a number of clients, including the U.S. Department of Treasury, Coalition for Intellectual Property Rights, Alfa Capital and Wal-Mart, among others.Before his relocation to the Moscow office in June 2002, he worked in the firm's Moldova office.Prior to that, Radu served as a consultant for the U.S. Agency for International Development-funded projects on securities market infrastructure development in the Republic of Moldova.He also worked for Booz-Allen & Hamilton Inc. where he provided IT management and support.Radu earned a B.A. in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova.
