She has over 25 years of experience designing, managing and delivering education and training programs for healthcare and post-secondary education sectors, including project manager of development for Harvard Medical School`s multimedia Coagulation Series program and developing a multi-media course for the American College of Cardiology`s Adult Clinical Cardiology Self-Assessment Program.
   
   Bethmann holds a bachelor if arts degree in education from The Evergreen State College of Olympia and a masters of library science degree from the University of Maryland.
