Spotlight on Rob Bethmann
Rob Bethmann, Consulting
Rob Bethmann began his career with First Rate in 1998 in the department that was then called Client Services. During his time at First Rate, Rob has played integral roles in other departments as well. One of these is the Service Bureau where he assisted in the process of client transition into the Service Bureau and later became a project manager. Today, as the Consulting Supervisor, Rob leads the group in the development of specialized programs, at the clients' request, to enhance First Rate Performance applications. He truly enjoys his position within the group, "The Consulting environment is so dynamic and has a fresh challenge around each corner" says Bethmann. One of the neatest projects Rob was apart of was when they took a very "high-touch" process for the user and made it a "hands-free" process, which greatly reduced the element of human error. When asked what he likes best about the company Rob responded, "First Rate believes strongly in being a good corporate citizen.
