Frank Bethmann

Frank Bethmann (41), holder of a degree in engineering, is the new Branch Manager of ABX LOGISTICS Bahntrans in Leipzig.As of May 1 Bethmann holds the position formerly held by Robert Leichtle, who has left the company of his own volition.

Bethmann has worked in the transport industry since 1993.During this period he gained valuable experience as Division Head at Kühne & Nagel and as Leipzig Branch Manager for GEFCO KN, a subsidiary of K&N.

One of the most important new tasks awaiting Frank Bethmann is the expansion of both the national and international consolidated cargo and logistics business of ABX LOGISTICS in Leipzig.The current situation of the company – like that of many other logistics companies in the eastern part of Germany – is that incoming shipments still account for a larger percentage of the company's business than outgoing shipments.Bethmann plans to address this imbalance step by step.
