   Mr. Bethlem brings deep expertise and experience to GA's Latin American investment opportunities. He is the former CEO of IBM-Brazil, where he worked for 35 years in several executive roles. As well, he has served as an Advisory Board Member of ABVCAP- The Private Equity and Venture Captial Brazilian Association, as Chairman of the Board of Propay, and as a Board Member of Automatos, Inc.
   
   He holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from ITA - Instituto Tecnológico da Aeronáutica.

   Mr Bethlem represents GAP in the Board of ProPay Brazil SA, a Portfolio Company in SPaulo, Brazil.
