   George has 20 years of law enforcement experience, 12 years in his present rank. He is currently a Sergeant with the Little Rock Police Department, supervising the Special Traffic Accident Reduction Team (START). The squad's goal, through selected enforcement areas and concentrating especially on DWI drivers, is to reduce the number of serious and fatality accidents in the City of Little Rock Every one of the officers on the squad is also an accident reconstructionist. George is responsible for reviewing accident reconstruction files generated by members of his squad.
   
   George became certified in accident reconstruction in 1997 through the Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM), University of North Florida. He attended 40 hours of accident investigation training during the police academy, 80 hours of accident reconstruction training at IPTM, and 40 additional hours of computer accident reconstruction training at IPTM, for a total of 160 hours of training. George also became a state-certified Law Enforcement Instructor in February, 2000.
