   Brydie Bethell joined Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP as an associate in 2005 after working for a public inquiry and articling at another major Toronto law firm.
   
   Ms. Bethell read law at the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar, and holds an undergraduate degree from McGill University and a Master's degree from the London School of Economics.Prior to practising law, Ms. Bethell worked for the United Nations in the Middle East, and was a researcher at several international non-governmental organizations.
   
   Ms. Bethell's practice areas include civil and corporate/commercial litigation, administrative law, professional discipline matters, and employment law.She has appeared in many levels of court, including the Federal Court of Canada, the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
   
   Ms. Bethell sits on the Toronto Committee of Avocats sans Frontières and on the Board of Directors of the Aradia Ensemble.She is also a member of The Advocates' Society and the International Commission of Jurists.
