Raised in rural North Carolina, Beth received her post-high school education at James Sprunt Community College, in Kenansville, North Carolina, where she obtained Associates Degrees in Business Administration and General Education in 1997.

Her education led her to work in many office settings, as well as caring for the elderly.Before coming to Stop Hunger Now, she worked with a local real estate appraisal firm for almost two years as their administrative assistant.Beth now lives in Burlington, N.C. with her husband James.She has 3 stepchildren and 2 grandchildren.

Beth thrives in the multi-task setting in which she works with Stop Hunger Now.Each day is new, from speaking with donors, to managing the database.She enjoys the good feeling that comes knowing that her work with Stop Hunger Now is playing at least a small part to lessen world hunger.
