   Kim Betancourt manages the senior analytical research team at Realpoint. Before joining GMAC Institutional Advisors in 2001, Ms. Betancourt was a Director at Standard & Poor's. As a senior manager in the Structured Finance group, her responsibilities included the criteria development and analysis of all types of structured finance and real estate-related companies, including CMBS, MBS and ABS companies on a global basis. Kim also served as a portfolio manager in the Mortgage Finance group of Citicorp Investment Bank for four years where she was in charge of portfolio delinquency monitoring, bankruptcies and foreclosures, loan workouts and REO management. Kim also spent over four years at Midlantic National Bank/Midlantic Mortgage Corp. where she performed similar duties. Kim graduated from Rutgers University where she earned a B.A. with honors and an M.A. in history.
