The new Director of Rugby & Palm Oil Production (for export markets) (officially abbreviated to DRPOP(fem) but popularly referred to as 'Dr Pop') has been named as Colin Betamax.Colin, who has an IQ of just 40, carved out a career in vegetable by-product export/import and, though he admits he is totally ignorant of the sport, thinks that will help him bring fresh thinking to the table as well as fresh palm oil.
