   Taylor Best is a longtime resident of Atlanta and is delighted to be working with Fairgreen Mortgage. He prides himself on his record of customer satisfaction and intends to continue to offer his dedication, commitment and experience.
   
   Having grown up in Dunwoody, and as a current resident of Atlanta, Taylor Best has an insider's perspective on the Atlanta metro area. He attended the University of Alabama where he studied finance. He has several years experience working with a closing attorney and subsequently as a mortgage broker with Fairgreen.
   
   Taylor enjoys the fact that Fairgreen Mortgage and Northside Realty are under the same roof. It allows us to give our clients the service they deserve. And it makes the whole process so much easier for all concerned. He notes that the concept of consolidating home buying and financing is an excellent trend for today's time-strapped consumer.
   
   I believe that really listening to my customers is the most important thing I can do, says Taylor. I get to understand what they be trying to accomplish and I can then find the right program for their particular needs. Taylor is dedicated to building relationships with his customers built on confidence and trust.
   
   Taylor is coincidentally married to a Northside agent and lives in Dunwoody. He is a keen sportsman, a self-described typical Southern outdoor kinda guy who enjoys golf, hunting, fishing and training Labrador Retrievers.
