Lynne joined Coldwell Banker Commercial CRA LLC in 2001.She was previously with Wolken Real Estate Advisors, Inc.Her responsibilities include assisting Principals and Brokers with correspondence, sales contracts, lease agreements and mailings.She also prepares marketing and proposals packets, formal request for proposals (RFP) and confidential investment offering packages.She has vast knowledge of all company-subscribed software and maintains contact databases and prepares comparable data.Additionally, Lynne assists co-workers by resolving equipment issues and is our in-house computer administrator.
