   JERSEY Radio's longest-serving radio officer, Graeme Best, retired recently after 17 years' duty at the station. Although his face may not be well known his voice will be familiar to the thousands of local, British and French yachtsmen who tune in regularly to the station's highly-valued shipping forecasts. Mr Best, who worked for the States of Jersey Police for 25 years before moving to Jersey Radio, has helped to co-ordinate dozens of sea rescues over the years.
