   Mr. Best has been a high school business education teacher in addition to a sales representative for South-Western. He has been an active member of Delta Pi Epsilon, IBEA and some of its affiliates, NCBEA, and the American Business Clubs of America. His contributions have been recognized through the NCBEA Friend of Business Education Award, IACTE Friend of Career and Technical Education, SWABEA Friend of Business Education Award, and the Angela Greenwell Service Award and Excellence in Leadership from Beta Psi Chapter of Delta Pi Epsilon.
   
   Mr. Best's letter of support includes, "I have been a business teacher for 27 years, and during that time I have had the opportunity to work with many individuals involved in educating young people. I must say that Dale Best ranks among the top of those dedicated to the field of education."
