   Framingham, MA - November 15, 1999 - Eprise Corporation, a leading provider of advanced content management software for dynamic Web sites, today announced the addition of Deborah Besemer, president and chief executive officer of HireSystems, to the company's board of directors. In addition, Eprise appointed Edson deCastro, a board member since May of 1998, to the role of chairman, board of directors.
   
   New Board Member-Industry Veteran Deborah Besemer has over 20 years of experience in the software and technology industry. She currently serves as CEO of HireSystems, a developer of Web-based hiring systems that include 24-hour resume processing and secure database hostings. Her previous experience includes more than ten years at Lotus Corporation as executive vice president of worldwide field operations. In this capacity, she was responsible for generating more than $1.3 billion in revenue, and was instrumental in establishing Lotus Notes as a category-defining product.
