The Citizens Advice Bureau ( CAB ) has joined forces with the East Side Settlement House and the Community Building Project of the Bronx Cluster of Settlement Houses to convene a forum on the importance of voting on Thurs. , Oct. 19. It will take place from 6 : 30 to 8 pm at the Mott Haven Community Center of East Side House , which is located at 375 E. 143rd Street between Third and Willis avenues.
