Dr. Besner is one of our Directors and a member of the Management Board of Cybernet AG and has served in these capacities since February 1996.From April 1994 to the present, he has been a partner of Besner Kreifels and Weber, a firm of solicitors in Munich.From January 1992 to March 1994, he was head of the legal department of Schneider, a German real estate development company.He is currently a Director of Marine Shuttle Operations, a member of the Supervisory Board of Schuller Industsrieentsorgung, Typhoon Networks and IPO Beteiligungen.He also is head of the Supervisory Board of PIPECAD Integrierte Softwaresyteme.Dr. Besner received in 1986 his First State Exam in law, his Doctorate Degree magna cum laude in 1988 both from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich.
