   Pavel Beseda - Head of Project Management, Pardubice
   
   Pavel holds a bachelors in Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague.
   
   After completing his degree in 1998 Pavel joined Accenture. Pavel spent 6 years with Accenture in the Financial and Insurance Management group. His technology background includes technical and application architecture, database design & management and application design & development. During his time with Accenture Pavel was intimately involved in the full project lifecycle for some of the largest Eastern European technology projects ever undertaken. His skills and experience cover the broad spectrum of technology project management from initial opportunity analysis, through to project proposals, design definition, management, implementation and post-project activities.
   
   Pavel joined the iPlato Solution Delivery Centre in Pardubice in March 2005. He is responsible for all project management issues and delivery capabilities standards and policies.
