Peg Besecker has been employed with the Firm since 1992, originally working in R&P's Detroit office.She came to the Southfield office when the firm merged the two offices in 1993.Ms. Besecker formerly worked in the immigration area and was secretary to the paralegals as well as assisting with office clerical duties.In 1998, Peg was assigned as the Administrative Assistant to the Firm Administrator and began her duties in the area of Human Resources overseeing the support staff.Peg took over Human Resources and Facilities for R&P in January of 2003.

Peg is a native Tennessean and attended Middle Tennessee State University where she studied Business administration.Peg and her husband Don reside in Livonia.They have called Michigan home since 1976.
