Bob Besaw

Robert Besaw of Presque Isle, a contract pilot for Fraser Papers Ltd., also was at the airport that day, but not flying.He testified that he also was upset that Mosher was flying in less than ideal weather and was concerned that pilots flying into the airport apparently weren't aware of what was going on.

Like Trask, he said he didn't warn Mosher when Mosher stopped for a break because there were a lot of Mosher's friends around and "I didn't want to start an argument."

A videotape and interview from WAGM-TV 8 in Presque Isle taken the day of Mosher's flight also was presented as evidence of the snowy, foggy weather conditions that day.

Along with Belanger, pilots Gene Lynch II of Presque Isle and Bob Besaw, a pilot for Fraser Papers Inc., are used as needed.
