Alan is a chartered building surveyor specialising in project management and project monitoring.He joined the company in 2001 and became an associate director in 2003.

His project management experience is wide ranging having worked on schemes in the hotel, leisure, manufacturing, retail warehousing and industrial sectors, between £5 million and £20 million.

Alan regularly carries out pre-acquisition building surveys and technical due diligence appraisals for funds and private investors.In 2002/2003, he advised on the acquisition of over £100 million of commercial property across Scotland.

His current clients include ADC, Barclays Bank, British Land, Haslemere, Irish Life Assurance plc, Le Meridien and The Premier Property Group.
