   Andy Bertsch , Chief Information Officer A graduate of Minot State University with a degree in mathematics and computer science , Mr. Bertsch is responsible for management of the information systems at UniMed through the Community Information Network , Inc. ( CINI ) , which is affiliated with UniMed. He has been employed at UniMed since 1994 , and is the current president of the Minot City Council.
