Ms. Bertrand is senior trust operations officer of The Pennsylvania Trust Company.She has 25 years combined experience in trust custody and banking operations, having begun her career at Girard Bank in 1973.While at Girard, Ms. Bertrand worked in the corporate trust field and in 1978 began working in custody administration becoming a trust officer in 1987.She has served in a similar capacity in custody administration at CoreStates Bank where she was an assistant vice president.

She is active in Radio Information Center for the Blind.
