Eric Bertrand has over 20 years experience in marketing, sales, management and business ownership, and four years experience in e-commerce.He successfully grew the franchises of Spatial Cuisine and Kuizen into profitable enterprises.He also owned one of the premier restaurants in Toulouse, France, known for its ambiance and its unique style of gourmet cuisine.Since arriving in the United States, Eric has worked hard to establish good relationships with suppliers.As CEO of Bertrand Retail, Inc., he was able to use his knowledge of the food industry while gaining expertise in international commerce and in the emerging Internet.Eric attended law and accounting schools, and completed a degree from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.He has a baccalaureate in Economics from France.

Eric Bertrand is in charge of strategic development at Le Village and Village Import.He oversees logistics, ensures exclusive contracts for goods and services, and supervises information to be provided on the Internet.He also directs the development, design and implementation of all marketing and sales strategies and the technical, administrative and financial aspects of the company.
