Paul is formerly with the Nexia Strategy Corporation, located In Orlando.He specializes in developing Sustainable/Green strategies and award winning communication programs for manufacturers and the building team.His development of LEAD DOG GQ - a report generator - was in answer to assist the building team in reporting the greenness and sustainability of building products.
Paul is a Fellow of The Construction Specifications Institute currently serving as an Institute Vice President, and is an editorial advisor to CSI's official publication, The Construction Specifier Magazine.
Paul is a member of: the National Institute of Building Science, an Allied member of AIA Orlando, Committee chairman of ASTM - E 2129, His firm, PRB Design, is a member of the US Green Building Council and Paul serves on the Materials and Resource TAG (Technical Advisory Group), the Florida Green Building Coalition, the Sustainable Buildings Industry Council, RCI (Roofing Consultants Institute) as well as a member of the Board of Directors for Green Building Initiative.As a member of the Construction Writers Association, Paul has over 110 published articles.
