   "It's horrible," said Teresa Berry of Patterson, who is paying $32 these days to fill the tank in her Ford Explorer at White Plains Mobil, where a gallon of regular blend costs $1.999. "It's too expensive."
   
   The high prices are hitting her especially hard, Berry said, because she commutes three times a week from Patterson to her job as an intensive-care unit nurse at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla.
   
   "It's a 90-mile round trip," she said. "(Also), my mother lives in White Plains and I come to see her.
