   TERESA BERRY is a conflict management consultant providing mediation, facilitation, and ADR system design, research and evaluation services. She holds a Masters degree in US Diplomatic History and is a nationally certified mediator and paralegal with over 20 years of experience with research and writing, program development, and project planning. Her 174 hours of formal mediation and facilitation training includes Advanced Transformative Mediation, Mediation in Child Abuse and Neglect Cases, and Divorce Mediation Training. Since 1995, Teresa has used advanced facilitation skills with both private and public organizations and specialized as a mediator in the areas of Special Education and EEO complaints. Her mediation clients include: NM State Department of Education and Administrative Office of the Courts, Albuquerque Public Schools, Los Alamos Public Schools, USPS REDRESS Program, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Energy.

   Teresa Berry is a conflict management consultant and principal with the Organizational Dynamics Consulting Group. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, her work focuses on group and interpersonal dynamics of social conflict, and public policy issues. She serves as a contract mediator for several Federal and State agencies and has consulted with the New Mexico Center for Dispute Resolution, City of Santa Fe, Albuquerque Public Schools, Los Alamos Schools, East Mountain Charter School, Shared Vision, Los Alamos National Laboratories, and the New Mexico Council of Churches.
