Erica M. Berry, Esq. is an associate attorney concentrating in corporate law and intellectual property.She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University in 1992, where she was graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science/Business Administration (minor).During college, she served as a Congressional Intern for the Honorable Ronald V. Dellums, and as Legislative Intern for the California State Legislature.She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1995.Upon graduating from Law School, Ms. Berry was a partner in the independent record label, "Positivity Records" in California.She later served as a Corporate Intern at Computron Software, where she assisted in the registration of software copyrights and in the review of all software license agreements.

Ms. Berry is admitted to practice law both in the state and federal courts of New Jersey.In addition, she is a member of the Essex County Bar Association
