Donna Berry

Donna Berry VP Business Development - US Donna has spent over 15 years developing service programs and managing technical support organizations.Her career started at Hewlett-Packard and ultimately moved to ADC/Centigram.At Centigram, Donna introduced the first fee-based service program.In addition, she turned around the performance of the customer support operation.From there, she joined ARMILLAIRE, a telecom start-up, as Vice President of Customer Service.She created a 25 person department to handle support, training and documentation.Donna has a B.A. from Pomona College, an M.S. from California Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
