  Jeffrey B. Bernstein, senior director of ASERO Worldwide with responsibility for ASERO's Information Assurance program, is a security industry executive who previously founded and served as the president and CEO of Directive Security Corporation.

Under Mr. Bernstein's leadership, several solutions providers have grown from early stage companies into positions of market dominance. Mr. Bernstein has spent the last 10 years in leadership roles within organizations dedicated to the protection of client's sensitive data and computing infrastructure.
  
  Mr. Bernstein's breadth of expertise includes competencies in cyber-security risk management, incident response and forensics, legal and regulatory compliance, corporate security awareness, intrusion detection and prevention, authentication and biometrics.
  
  Mr. Bernstein has also held the role of vice president for Solutionary, a global provider of managed security services. Prior to his role with Solutionary, Mr. Bernstein held sales management positions at CyberTrust (formerly Ubizen) and CMGI.

He has written several information security white papers and is an accomplished speaker who has often presented at security industry conferences and events. Mr. Bernstein studied at the Rochester Institute of Technology and completed a computer sciences program at New York University.
